We recently had a look at
the book
The Coming Global Superstorm by Art Bell and
Whitley Strieber.
The blurb on the back says:
"Over several months, a
potent succession of cold fronts will sweep across the world. Ever
increasing in intensity and duration, damaging storms will batter
the West Coast and spawn flooding, mudslides, and severe, deadly
tornadoes across the country. Similar powerful storms will pummel
Europe, sending millions streaming south in panic. Then
meteorologists from the National Weather Service will issue their
most severe warning yet, a storm that appears to be larger and more
terrible than modern man has seen before. It forms a virtually
nonstop hurricane of snow and ice that begins to bury the Northern
Hemisphere under an impenetrable sheet of frost. As weeks go by, the
skies will remain turbulent and dark, and mankind will be thrust
into its greatest peril."
The inside flap of the book
reads:
"It’s building right
now. 1998 was the most violent year in the history of weather, and
ended as the hottest year ever recorded. According to a March 15,
1999, report, worldwide temperatures are rising much faster than
expected. On July 18, 1999, temperatures in Mosco hit a record 91
degrees. Temperatures like that just 750 miles from the Arctic
Circle are a dire warning: the superstorm could start any time.
"What will trigger it? Global warming is about to cause the North
Atlantic Current, which pumps warm water into the Arctic, to
suddenly drip to a more southerly route. This will cause an
explosive change in climate, spawning a massive storm as cold Arctic
air is freed to pour south, clashing with overheated air in
temperate zones.
"What it will be like: Blizzard conditions. Sustained winds in
excess of 100 miles per hour. Massive snowfalls. Death rates
approaching 100 percent beneath the interior of the storm. If it
happens in the summer, massive flooding will occur. If it ignites
during the winter, it will bring the dawn of a new ice age.
"How likely is it? According to data found in Greenland and
Antarctic ice cores, it has happened many times before, as the
climate flips from warm period s to ice ages. By causing global
warming, we have sped up the process by several hundred thousand
years.
"...A spirited call to action. The coming Global Superstorm is a
careful and impressively researched examination of the best of
modern environmental science in the most compelling and necessary
book of the millennium."
When we were at the Gulf
Breeze "Project Awareness" conference last year (1999), Whitley
announced this forthcoming book. He also made a series of comments about
the fact that he, and other "researchers" in the field were unable to
get the cooperation of "mainstream science" in their work. He complained
how difficult it was to get any of them to take such matters seriously,
and to volunteer their time and talents to assist in the "waking up" of
mankind - words pretty much to that effect.
After this stirring lecture, Ark and I approached Mr. Strieber and
introduced ourselve, and asked if we could meet with him at some point
to discuss a possible volunteering of Ark’s time and talents and
connections in the scientific community for a more serious look at the
problems we all may be facing. We were brushed off (or so it seemed)
because Mr. Strieber had "books to sign" (and sell!) But, as he turned
away he said, rather vaguely, that he might have a few moments on the
following day.
On the following day, as we entered the hotel lobby, we saw Mr.
Strieber, who, upon seeing us, immediately turned aside and seemed to be
in an "avoidance attitude," and hurriedly left the room before we could
approach him. Not being inclined to be pushy about the matter, we simply
let it drop and did not pursue a meeting. In all fairness, that may have
been merely OUR interpretation of Mr. Strieber’s behavior, and not his
actual attitude. But, we HAD hoped that, by attending this conference,
we could meet with some of these "researchers" and discover exactly what
it was that they might want and need from the scientific community, and
possibly expend some efforts in pursuing mutual goals.
But, it was not
to be. The "researchers" at this conference seemed to be MIGHTY busy
selling and signing books, and we were told plainly by
Michael Lindemann,
that such conferences were not a good place to "brainstorm" since
everyone was so busy with selling their products. He suggested that we
should e-mail him later and discuss any possible collaboration. (At that
time, Mike himself was busy selling subscriptions to his internet
newsletter, CNI News.)
We later contacted Mr. Lindemann by e-mail - I believe at least five
separate mails sent by both myself and Ark - and never received a reply.
The fact that such conferences are "not the place to brainstorm," as Mr.
Lindemann put it, may be part of the rapport problem between the "UFO
researchers" and the "scientific community." Every scientific conference
Ark has ever attended has been for the purpose of presenting papers and
talks AND brainstorming with other scientists. They are NOT
commercialized activities. So, if the "UFO community" wants to be taken
seriously by the scientific community, perhaps they should have a look
at what they are doing and how? Just a suggestion.
So, that was that. We work on alone.
Nevertheless, the new Strieber-Bell book is most interesting in light of
the fact that the Cassiopaeans have stated that much of the "conflict"
at 4th density manifests as "weather" and "earth changes." I was very
interested to see Mr. Strieber moving in this direction considering some
of his previous books and the stance about the "alien agenda" he has
taken at different times.
Early in the Cassiopaean contact, we had asked a few questions about Mr.
Strieber:

At the 1996 Gulf Breeze
conference, I had an opportunity to hear Mr. Strieber speak, previous to
the above mentioned contact. He gave a most interesting talk about his
upcoming book of the time
The Secret School, and this really struck a
chord of resonance with me. Later, I wrote an e-mail to him describing a
"school" memory that emerged during a meditative-self hypnosis session I
had undertaken at one point. This experience seemed to be somewhat
similar to what he was talking about. The only difference is: I clearly
understood this "school" to be a "between incarnations" state, or at
least, a 4th density state.

Q: (L) During this hypnosis/meditation I experienced, at the
point when I asked why it was that I had been "interfered" with by
what seems to be negative alien beings, in response to that
question, a scene appeared to me of a sort of Greek Temple with a
lot of "patriarch" types in long robes and wearing beards, who were
teaching me and then sending me out to do something. What was this
memory? A: Not yet, Laura!
Q: (L) That sounds scary to me that you can’t tell me. Is this
something I should be frightened about? A: No.
Q: (L) Is this something that I am supposed to do that I can’t yet
know? A: Close.
Q: (L) Now, obviously, in my opinion, and this is just my opinion,
there is some sort of destiny going on here. Is this correct? A: Most likely.
Q: Well, the other night, I had a sort of "flash vision" that nearly
caused a coronary. I was seeing the skies opening and all sorts of
beings just pouring into our reality. A: Yes. But is it prophecy, or current reality?
Q: (L) Oh, god! (F) Well, the thought I was having just a couple of
days ago, was along very similar lines; it is that everything is
happening right now, it is just our perception of it that is lagging
behind. Instead of what we have always thought, that one day the
veil would be ripped open because of some cosmic event, it just may
be that the veil is being opened individual by individual. Then one
day it will be the last group that doesn’t know anything and then it
will fly open. What is really happening is not that the UFOs will
someday be invading, it is just that because of some perception, we
do not see that it is happening now. Karla Turner described it as
the "End of the World," and for her and her family, it was.
Well, as I said, I sent an
e-mail to Whitley after hearing his talk about the "Secret School," and
told him about this memory.

(L) OK, Whitley Strieber wrote back and told me that he was familiar
with this school that I described. I asked you guys about this once,
and you said I couldn’t know the details about it yet. He says that
he is familiar with all of it... A: All is not as delivered.
Q: (L) He says that he is one of the patriarchal dudes who was
teaching... A: Ditto.
Q: (L) Well, my feeling is that this was a school on an astral
level, it was a school of a higher density, that it was not ever a
physical, 3rd density school. That was my impression of it, and that
I was being sent forth from another density, after being instructed
by this group of patriarchal type beings. Is that correct? A: Yes.
Q: (L) So, the school that Whitley describes, he’s misinterpreting
this as a physical school. Is that correct? A: Maybe.
So, as you can guess that,
even though I give Mr. Strieber very high kudos for his courage in
coming "out" about his abduction experiences, and his strenuous efforts
to maintain some sort of objectivity, knowing what the Cassiopaeans say
about the ability of 4th density STS beings to influence our minds and
attitudes and beliefs, I have held Mr. Strieber’s work in some degree of
skepticism.
But, with the talk about the "Coming Global Superstorm," he seemed to be
getting closer to some of the things the Cassiopaeans have said, so I
decided to ask about it:

Q: Now, a couple of world events have recently occurred which were
in an earlier list of predictions. One of these was the
Ukraine
explosion and the other was the flood in Africa. (See above) In
fact, the flood headlines were almost in the same words you gave it.
What this made me think was that, since these things are beginning
to happen, since they were given as a group prediction, does this
mean that the other things in that particular segment may be just
around the corner in time, so to speak? A: Could be.
Q: You also made a remark once that ice ages occur much, much faster
than people ever thought... A: Yes.
Q: Do we need to invest in some mukluks and snowshoes? Should we
start stockpiling firewood? A: Maybe.
Q: So, it could be that fast? A: Oh yes, and faster when in response to global "warming."
Q: When you put "warming" in quotes, you obviously mean warming in
more than just an ordinary sense? Is that correct? A: And/or not really "warm."
Q:Whitley Strieber and Art Bell have published a book about a
"global superstorm." Is any of the information they have given in
this book fairly accurate? A: It is derived from non-human sources known for stark accuracy,
when convenient.
Q: What makes it convenient at the present time for them to be
"starkly accurate?" A: Fits into their plans.
Q: Plans for what? A: Do we not know already?
Q: In other words: world conquest and the takeover of humanity? A: Not as simple.
Q: What would make my statement more accurate?
A: Call it amalgamation.
Q: But, on previous occasions you have discussed the alien plan to
manipulate humanity via time travel, creating an infrastructure for
taking over the world. Are you saying that it will be done in such a
way that there is no "outward" sign that it has happened? A: Close.
Q: So, in other words, the world is being taken over gradually,
right now, as we sit here and speak, and most people aren’t even
aware of it? A: Sort of....
Q: Are people, at any point, going to become aware of it? Are they
going to wake up... or is it just the way of nature? A: Natural processes.
Q: So, aliens are never going to appear in the sky; there is never
going to be a
battle as you have previously stated; there is never
going to be... A: WHOA!
Q: Well, that’s kind of what you are saying! A: No. You are impatient for a quick, packaged definition.
Q: What I am trying to get at is; you are saying it is a natural
process; you are saying we are being taken over; it is not a
conquest; though you did not say that it was not domination, of
course - clearly domination is part of it, is that correct? A: One could call it evolution.
Q: Well, still those things make one tend to think of natural
processes that do not involve a war in the sky, spaceships shooting
lasers... A: Who says such rules apply? Natural processes are not restricted
by your preconceived boundaries.
Q: Then, let me come at it from another direction: are these beings
who are behind Strieber and Bell’s book part of those who will
participate in some sort of battle? The problem here is that you
have excluded the word "conquest." (A) I think they excluded
conquest because, to a large extent, for most people, it is not a
conquest; they just simply allow it. So, there is no conquest for
most... A: That is part of it, but we know you can exceed your programmed
ideas if you try. Conquest, or lack thereof is a matter of
opinion/perception.
Q: Let me get this straight: how is this book by Strieber and Bell
going to play into the plans of STS aliens? A: Not the book, the events depicted.
Q: So, are you saying that Whitley and Art are doing a favor for all
of us by publicizing this information, that it could be helpful? A: Makes little difference.
Q: Is there anything that COULD make a difference? Or is it
necessary to make a difference? A: In the biggest picture, no.
Q: So, it’s not necessary to make a difference? A: The soul, she counteth. The body, she doth not!
Q: So, that’s the biggest picture. Narrow the picture down: is there
something that could make a difference? Clearly, in the biggest
picture, nothing makes a difference... A: Native Americans asked similar questions once!
Q: Which brings up the subject of Native Americans. A big part of
what is being taught by them at the present time is that the aliens,
the Grays, and assorted others, are good guys - the "star people"
coming here to teach us and to help us advance! They claim that it
is a "good" thing to have contacts, abductions, and so on and on.
A: No. Corrupted message. Some early contacts were with benevolent
STO beings.
Q: And now they are confused because they think that the present
contacts are with the same beings of the past contacts? A: Close. Learning is fun! Even if one or two toes fall off!
You are tiring... good night.
And that was that! This last
remark about toes falling off really jerked my chain! What do they MEAN
by that? The only thing I can think of is that toes fall off from
frostbite. Is it really gonna be THAT fast? I guess we are back to
mukluks and snowshoes!
